  •  How do I know my vehicle will be safe? Our parking lot is enclosed with a steel gate and patrolled by an employed security guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also regulated by the City of Miami that ensures the security of your property.
  • Are there any additional fees that I need to know about? Our pricing is always transparent and you’ll never pay more than our rate of $9.99 per day.
  • Can’t I just park at the Port of Miami? Of course you can, but Safe Cruise Parking will allow you to enjoy the piece-of-mind of secured parking at half the rate of parking at the port. Plus you’ll avoid the traffic and hassle.
  • How do I get from your location to the Port? We have a shuttle service available. The shuttle will both take and pick up your party of up to four people at no additional cost. For parties more than four, we simply ask for $5 per additional passenger.
  • How far away from the ports is your location? We are just five minutes from the cruise ports, allowing quick access for our shuttles at any time during the day.
