It’s possible that for a little bit after this minor issue with the cruise liner breaking down that cruise parking in Miami may be more widely available. You remember what happened after 9/11? For a long while not a lot of people were flying. Now granted this is nowhere near as devastating as that travesty, but it still may have an effect on the public eye. It would be wise for companies who operate these cruise liners to advertise little bit more. Maybe not necessarily directed are right at the safety of their liner, but they do need to reassure people that everything will be OK.
