We’re just 5–10 minutes from the Port of Miami, conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Use the directions below to arrive safely and smoothly.

Route 1: Traveling South on I-95

1. Take I-95 South to Exit 3B – Port of Miami / 8th Street Exit.
2. Follow the road to NW 5th Street and make a left turn.
3. Continue on 5th Street until you reach N Miami Avenue, then turn right.
4. Stay on N Miami Avenue until you reach 2nd Street, then turn left.
5. Continue straight — after crossing 1st Avenue, the entrance to College Station Garage will be on your left-hand side.

Important: If you pass 2nd Avenue, you’ve gone too far.

Route 2: Alternate Route from I-95 South

1. Take I-95 South to Exit 3B – Port of Miami / 8th Street Exit.
2. Follow the exit ramp down; it will turn into NW 3rd Court.
3. At the light, make a left turn onto NW 3rd Street.
4. Stay on 3rd Street until you reach NW 1st Avenue, then turn right.
5. Continue straight until you reach NW 2nd Avenue, then turn left.
6. The entrance to College Station Garage will be on your left-hand side, just before the intersection of 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street.

Important: If you pass 2nd Avenue, you’ve gone too far.
