The shuttle is shared with other customers. It is not a private or on-demand service.

Shuttle availability is based on demand.

To avoid peak traffic and longer wait times, we strongly recommend disembarking as early as possible.

DISEMBARKING AFTER 9:00 AM?

PortMiami traffic and congestion increase significantly during peak hours. Shuttle wait times can reach 1–2 hours or longer depending on port conditions.

Our complimentary shuttle service operates throughout the day with no fixed schedule. Shuttles continuously transport customers as traffic, capacity and port conditions allow.

During peak cruise days, PortMiami is extremely busy and traffic can cause delays. Our team is working hard to get everyone back to their vehicles as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that all customers remain patient, courteous and respectful to our staff and drivers. Disrespectful behavior is not tolerated.

Important – Complimentary Service

The shuttle is an optional, complimentary amenity and is not included as a paid portion of your parking reservation. Shuttle delays, rideshare/taxi expenses, or other alternative transportation costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
