Welcome to Safe Cruise Parking (“Safe Cruise Parking,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, services, or booking a reservation through safecruiseparking.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Parking Services

Safe Cruise Parking provides off-site parking services for cruise passengers traveling through the Port of Miami. Shuttle transportation is offered as a complimentary service and is not included as part of the parking fee.

Parking reservations are based on availability and are subject to operational limitations, traffic conditions, weather, city events, and cruise port activity.

2. Shuttle Services

Our complimentary shuttle service operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle wait times may vary depending on traffic conditions, cruise schedules, road closures, and Port of Miami congestion.

Safe Cruise Parking is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • City traffic
  • Cruise terminal congestion
  • Law enforcement activity
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Special events in Downtown Miami

Customers are encouraged to arrive early for their cruise departure.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate reservation information
  • Following check-in and shuttle instructions
  • Securing personal belongings inside their vehicle
  • Bringing their parking ticket to check-in
  • Retaining their garage ticket for exit validation

Customers should not pay parking garage exit machines directly unless instructed by Safe Cruise Parking staff. Payments made directly to garage equipment may not be refundable.

4. Garage Access and Validation

Customers entering the parking facility will receive a garage ticket upon entry. Garage tickets must be validated by Safe Cruise Parking before exiting the garage.

Lost tickets may result in additional fees imposed by the garage operator or City of Miami.

5. Vehicle Security and Liability

While we strive to maintain a safe parking environment, Safe Cruise Parking is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, weather damage, acts of God, or damage caused by third parties.

Customers are advised:

  • Not to leave valuables inside vehicles
  • To lock vehicles properly
  • To secure soft-top or convertible vehicles appropriately

Parking at the facility is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Reservation Policies

Reservation pricing may vary based on season, availability, holidays, demand, and special events.

Parking is charged by calendar day and not by 24-hour periods.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on booking source and promotional rates.

7. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in during the reservation process, you consent to receive text messages from Safe Cruise Parking related to:

  • Reservation confirmations
  • Shuttle coordination
  • Pickup instructions
  • Parking ticket validation
  • Traffic alerts
  • Operational updates
  • Customer support communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Safe Cruise Parking does not sell or share customer phone numbers or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Website Use

Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, and materials are property of Safe Cruise Parking and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Safe Cruise Parking’s maximum liability for any claim related to parking services shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.

Under no circumstances shall Safe Cruise Parking be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
