Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you must cancel your parking early, there is a tiered penalty system that applies to all Safe Cruise Parking reservations.

Cancellations must be made via telephone or email us at [email protected].

Up to 48 hours prior: Guests receives 100% Refund
24-48 hours: Guest receives 50% of Parking Rate
24 hours or less: Guest pays 100% of Parking Rate. A credit will be issued for a further date.
